Their coffee tasting board, a symphony of single-origin delights, was a masterclass guided by…. Goldilocks. Today I had Ethiopian beans ground to perfection. Spoiled for choice, but I still persist in embarking upon the challenge to find the perfect cup… If it even exists.
Each cup a unique adventure, each showcasing the magic that different origins and roasts can bring. Extraction's board reminded me that coffee isn't about a singular perfect cup, but about the joy of the journey, the exploration of flavour profiles, and the discovery of what resonates with you in that moment. ...and the joy of discovery extended far beyond the coffee cups themselves. Extraction's atmosphere buzzed with a unique warmth. Parents sipped lattes with while their kids devoured cafe treats mingling with the rich coffee fragrance. Baristas weren't just brewing beverages, they were building connections. A friendly young waitress explained the tasting board's nuances with a genuine enthusiasm that was contagious. Yes I am easy to please, but only when the product is on point. It might just become your new favourite spot to explore the wonders of the bean world, one delicious cup (and one welcoming smile) at a time.
Extraction's coffee tasting board easily earns a my thumbs up. The selection offered a excellent balance of flavour profiles, each cup showcasing the distinct personality of its origin. I would prefer less bitterness in the espresso. But heck this was a winner. The warmth, inclusivity, and genuine passion of the staff create a truly special space. So, if you're looking for an unforgettable coffee experience that goes beyond the cup, Extraction is a must-visit. Prepare to embark on a flavour adventure and discover a little piece of coffee paradise where everyone feels welcome.
Let’s get into the stats. Extraction did exceptionally well. But there’s one market potential they could capitalise on.
By no means is this a negative. But we’re here to maximise growth potential. Our service was outstanding, products epic and value for money was brimming. However I wonder how things go when there’s a busy week end trade upon them? Adding a QR to the ordering system could provide that extra zest in their process to keep wait times down and the ball rolling. This is the only area I would accentuate. Otherwise by all means get your butts down to Extraction pronto. You will not regret it.
